You don't see because you're not looking. "Prisoners..." is a conversation over years between an IDF soldier and a leader of the PLO, who met because one was guarding the other in prison. The credit for writing the book goes to Goldberg partly because he did in fact write it, and because Rafiq prefered to keep his identity confidential--probably for good reason.

Also, if you look at the itinerary, there will be two different days that focus on the question of Palestinian/Israeli apartheid and the peace process.

Also, "At the Entrance..." is an attempt to find common ground between religious Jews, Christians, and Muslims.

What I didn't mention about the itinerary, since I was focused on things that were highlights for me, is that there will be many speakers presented to us along the way, and they will (I'm told) represent as much of the spectrum of political viewpoints as possible.

That said, I will try to pick up something more, perhaps something by Said, to read before we go.
